The only downside was that there were several occasions where the manager called or pulled our salesman aside interrupting our questions and forcing us to wait 45 mins in the lobby. We will shop with Premier Subaru again but hope for less interruptions from the guys at the desk. More

Both Cassidy and Gretchen were wonderful: knowledgeable, enthusiastic, yet never pushy, and always willing to answer any questions. As someone new to all the newer technology in today's vehicles I felt very comfortable asking questions and confident that Cassidy and Gretchen could provide the answers I needed, and in a kind and respectful manner. (I must mention that before deciding on a car I visited a different dealership by another maker which was a night and day experience.)
