We were greeted in under a minute by a knowledgeable salesperson who listened to what we were looking for and then talked through what options were available. Then he showed us the cars that met that cr salesperson who listened to what we were looking for and then talked through what options were available. Then he showed us the cars that met that criteria and took us for test drives of the top picks. Having narrowed down the choices we said we would do some research and be in touch. He was not pushy and did not constantly call me. After my research I decided that I did want to pursue a forester wilderness. He guided us through new and used options as well as buy Vs lease options. Again he was not pushy or neglectful he walked a perfect balance of being invested in helping us without pressuring us. After the car I wanted was selected a very nice and knowledgeable specialist was brought in to explain every detail and button on and in the vehicle. He was patient and thorough. He explained all the safety features and how to enable/disable them. After that it was on to the finance department to do paperwork which I hate. Finance staff was funny, fun and made the paperwork process. Feel like a breeze. They were very upfront with all of their policies and warranties. It felt like they were genuinely trying to get me the best deal. I loved my experience at Premier Subaru in middlbury, they took what I had up to that point been a very painful and tedious search for a vehicle and made it a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new vehicle, or a used one. More
