Truecar.com directed me to Autex and I had a great experienc I used both the AAA car build program and Truecar.com to identify 3 dealers who had a 2014 Mazda CX5. Autex came up in both searches and had the lowest "administration fees". Gretchen Jackson reached out to me via email and answered all my questions very promptly. I knew what I wanted and Gretchen Jackson was very straightforward when I arrived for a test drive. She didn't try to sell me more car than I wanted, which I appreciate and honored the quote that I had through Truecar and AAA. The financing that Mazda offered was better than my bank, and Tim Hall took me through the process very efficiently. I was able to leave with my new car about 3.5 hours later and was very pleased with the experience. The service seems very convenient (available on Saturdays, free wifi and shuttle service to outlets). More

Today I was able to lease a brand new Mazda CX 5 Touring at an incredible lease price thanks to Gretchen Jackson. We told her what our financial parameters were and what we were looking for in another lease for me and she came through with flying colors. My husband had just leased a brand new Mazda CX 5 Sport two months ago for him so we needed to be mindful of our budget. She was able to get me not only the color I wanted but a CX 5 in a Touring instead of a Sport and still keep within our budget. We have been doing business with Gretchen for many years and she has always gone the extra mile for us. I even pitted her against my last salesman at Tulley Mazda this time and she came out miles ahead. She is an outstanding salesperson whose main goal is customer satisfaction. When my son is ready to lease another Mazda he will be looking to Gretchen again as well. More

We normally wouldn't have gone to Autex, since we weren't in the market for a Mazda, but I happened to see that they had the car we were looking for online. Once I contacted Gretchen, she promptly got back to me and we were able to get the ball rolling quickly - since my car was dying, this was HUGE - I needed a new one pretty much right away. Everybody was friendly and helpful, and all things considered, it might have been our easiest car-buying experience to date! Thank you, Autex! More
