I've actually bought four cars from Autex Mazda over the past ten years or so they've all been positive experiences. Gretchen was willing to go other dealers to locate just the car I was looking for, everything worked out fine even though it was a 2 hour drive to get there from where I live. I was given a loaner since I the car I was looking for, everything worked out fine even though it was a 2 hour drive to get there from where I live. I was given a loaner since I was trading in and they had to wait for my car to arrive two days after I stopped ( on a Saturday ). My new Mazda 3 is amazingly fun to drive and frugal at the same time. I was NOT SATISFIED with they way I was handled! I had to make several calls to them to ask how my application was going. There was NO talking to them about the price of the car & was told "oh sorry we could make several calls to them to ask how my application was going. There was NO talking to them about the price of the car & was told "oh sorry we couldn't help" they do not go the extra mile to help me look into another car, they just didn't seem to care about selling a car. Also they did my credit application to the banks for almost 4,000 more than what the car price was More

This the 2nd car I have gotten from Gretchen. She goes above and beyond to get you into the car you want (or didn't even know you wanted. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that it took me in above and beyond to get you into the car you want (or didn't even know you wanted.
