I can not say enough on how Great this dealership treats their customers. From sales to service, there is no need to worry abut anything. After purchasing my used Explorer, a problem occurred with the sunro their customers. From sales to service, there is no need to worry abut anything. After purchasing my used Explorer, a problem occurred with the sunroof, I contacted Dennis my salesman and he assured me the problem would be taken care of. Much to my surprise, they came 3 hours away and picked up my vehicle and dropped off a loaner. They repaired the sunroof and once again delivered it back to me at no charge. They even went as far as filling it back up with fuel from the location I personally use to purchase fuel. To me this type of customer service is unheard of in todays society. Just one reason to make Guess Ford/GMC your only place to purchase. They have my business for a Lifetime! To the entire staff at Guess, Thank You so much for a pleasant experience! More
