14 years in the automotive industry, and it’s been nothing short of an incredible journey. I’m grateful every day for the people I’ve been able to help along the way. Beyond work, I’ve been blessed with 16 amazing years of marriage and four incredible kids who make everything I do meaningful. My daughter is pursuing her dream of becoming an RN, my son is proudly serving in the U.S. military as a Master at Arms, another son is excelling both academically and as a high school athlete, and my youngest is enjoying life to the fullest as a carefree 3rd grader. At the end of the day, nothing matters more to me than my family. They are my why, my motivation, and my greatest joy.

My daughter and I walked into this dealership looking for her first major car purchase—a CPO Nissan Kicks—but we ended up walking out twice, utterly frustrated by an aggressive, slimy sales experience. Durin her first major car purchase—a CPO Nissan Kicks—but we ended up walking out twice, utterly frustrated by an aggressive, slimy sales experience. During our first visit, the test drive was rush and then the sales manager used high-pressure tactics to try to push us into an immediate decision, including offering "double the trade vale" or "what if I give you the car for free as a special storm discount." When we returned for a second look, trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves, a different salesperson couldn't answer questions about the car's certified warranty status. What made matters worse was when we finally sat down to discuss honest numbers, the offer was padded with thousands of dollars in hidden fees and mandatory add-ons. This included a $1495 fee for the CPO certification, despite the vehicle being advertised with a sales price as already certified. Then, after we decided to move on from the negative experience and overpriced deal, our salesperson could not be found, and we were told he had left to help another customer. While yes, we asked for a few minutes to discuss, we did not think he would disappear! As a father it felt like the stereotypical car dealer effort to take advantage of a young female buyer. We strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you value transparency, respect, and your time. More

Like many other reviewers, I suffered a bait and switch. They advertised an Aryia for 23K. Came in the same evening day to see it. We drove 1.5 hours. Committed to purchasing that night. Reached out to They advertised an Aryia for 23K. Came in the same evening day to see it. We drove 1.5 hours. Committed to purchasing that night. Reached out to secure the purchasing details the following morning, multiple e-mails, several calls. No response for 30 hours. Then they gave me the run around for half a day before finally connecting me to the manager for "negotiations". He brusquely informed me the price was now 27.5, and refused to honor the price we engaged at. We walked. Be very careful dealing with this organization. Get everything in writing. More

This was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Guillermo was very friendly and not pushy…at all. And, he actually knew about the vehicles I was looking at. He was patient with my questions had. Guillermo was very friendly and not pushy…at all. And, he actually knew about the vehicles I was looking at. He was patient with my questions and transparent while working through the purchase. Amar, (Sales manager I think) was also great. There were no hidden cost games and he was up-front with what he could and couldn’t do in regards to price. And, no pressure with him either. Finally, Cameron (finance) made the paperwork process easy. Everything that was discussed with Guillermo and Amar was the same when I worked with Cameron. No games and no surprises. He did review extended warranty options but in a way that was informative and actually helpful. When he was done explaining, he made a recommendation but it wasn’t a sales pitch or scare tactic. As a result, I actually purchased an extended warranty (first time ever) at a price that I felt was very fair. After all is said and done, I walked out of there excited about my purchase, which is the way it should be. More
