This dealership tried to scam my 18 yo daughter out of several thousands of dollars extra for a vehicle that came with a CPO. Called the dealership to verify should not have been additional cost was told several thousands of dollars extra for a vehicle that came with a CPO. Called the dealership to verify should not have been additional cost was told no. Mind you I called after my daughter and hubby left the dealership and went elsewhere and ended up with 100% better car and deal! For shame on your dealership, I noticied car is still available and has had price lowered…. Wonder why??? Your horrible practices!?!? Avoid at all costs!!! More

My daughter and I walked into this dealership looking for her first major car purchase—a CPO Nissan Kicks—but we ended up walking out twice, utterly frustrated by an aggressive, slimy sales experience. Durin her first major car purchase—a CPO Nissan Kicks—but we ended up walking out twice, utterly frustrated by an aggressive, slimy sales experience. During our first visit, the test drive was rush and then the sales manager used high-pressure tactics to try to push us into an immediate decision, including offering "double the trade vale" or "what if I give you the car for free as a special storm discount." When we returned for a second look, trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves, a different salesperson couldn't answer questions about the car's certified warranty status. What made matters worse was when we finally sat down to discuss honest numbers, the offer was padded with thousands of dollars in hidden fees and mandatory add-ons. This included a $1495 fee for the CPO certification, despite the vehicle being advertised with a sales price as already certified. Then, after we decided to move on from the negative experience and overpriced deal, our salesperson could not be found, and we were told he had left to help another customer. While yes, we asked for a few minutes to discuss, we did not think he would disappear! As a father it felt like the stereotypical car dealer effort to take advantage of a young female buyer. We strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you value transparency, respect, and your time. More
