Great service with very knowledgeable and helpful team right from service advisor to the service department manager. My car was towed in due to coolant issues. I was contacted the moment my car reached th right from service advisor to the service department manager. My car was towed in due to coolant issues. I was contacted the moment my car reached the dealership. Within hours, Michell Gent, my service adviser called me and explained to me in detail the issues my car had, suggested repairs and cost of repairs and time frame to get it repaired. My car was also due for a major service so I thought since my car is already in the dealership, I might get that out of the way. Spoke with Gunter Feldmeier, service manager who explained in great length as to what major service involves and the cost to get it done. Gunter scheduled the service for the next day and all was done by end of the day. My car was hand washed and meticulously cleaned both inside and out and ready by the time I came in to pick it up. This is an amazing new dealership for Porsche with highly talented, helpful and experienced service staff and team members. Both Gunter and Michelle went out of their way in their busy schedule to accommodate my car as it needed immediate attention. I couldn’t be more pleased, happy and satisfied with my experience at this dealership. I full heartedly recommend this dealership’s service department to all.
