From start to finish my experience with Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta was exceptional. They focused on being transparent about the total pricing. Once I decided on the car the total time with financing was about 2 1/2 hours which to me is very reasonable because that also included a test drive. I highly recommend Gus as a sales person. While waiting I was able to eat lunch at the Quattro Cafe, full menu, nice staff, and excellent food. The dealership is about a 3 hour drive for me and I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. More

Audi Atlanta continues to out perform our expectations. went in Monday morning unannounced for service advice. Raymone saw to it that as good customers we were helped. Our coolant leak turned out to be more serious than anticipated on our seven year old Q-5. We met with Gustavo about a possible purchase of a new or used car. He was most professional and answered all questions. I was in town for only one day and wife two hundred miles away. We made the decision to buy a new Q-7as we had driven one as a loaner last year. A big decision and difficult process as we had to get everything done that day basically over the phone. Many thanks to Gustavo,Patrick and the crew there. I was given an A-5 loaner to drive home as it dark and Beth wanted a different wheel selection. Gustavo drove down the next day and gave us a good training session on our new Audi.
