I am serious about my vehicles, after only 5 days in another make of suv I went right back to Mopar. My salesman, Guy Junk, did an amazing job of getting me into a new vehicle, a plush Jeep GC, at a rea another make of suv I went right back to Mopar. My salesman, Guy Junk, did an amazing job of getting me into a new vehicle, a plush Jeep GC, at a reasonable price. This was a very positive experience and of course I’m glad to be back in the Mopar family. The finance person was also very helpful. More

Dishonest I reached out to this Dealership via the Jeep website to purchase a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The sales person assigned to the lead after initial conta I reached out to this Dealership via the Jeep website to purchase a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The sales person assigned to the lead after initial contact was non-responsive to my requests and the only way I was updated on the process of our offer to purchase was if I contacted him. Eventually the New Car Sales Manager stepped in to assist and finally late in the day was able to connect with their Business Office via the phone to finalize the deal. This was after hours so we scheduled an appointment for 6pm the next day to finalize the paperwork and pick up our new Jeep, we were told it would be washed and ready to take home. Upon arrival there was no Jeep ready. The New Car Sales Manager sent the Sales rep to get "the Jeep" from their remote lot, we took it for a test drive only to find out it was not the Jeep we finalized the deal on. Long story short, we were straight up lied to. When we quickly realized the Jeep was not the one we "bought" we quickly returned to the dealership from the test drive and the lies began. We were told it was sold late the night before, apparently after we closed the deal with their business office at 8:30 pm via the phone. Then we were told it was sold earlier in the day we had the appointment, etc. The lies continued and we finally left the dealership. The pure dishonestly was not acceptable, they could have called prior to our appointment, told us they sold the Jeep from under use and offered alternatives, instead they chose to put us in a different vehicle, and lie about it hoping we would not notice. Very unprofessional and I hope they don't treat others as poorly as they treated us. More

Traded up to a newer Ram Truck It was finally time to trade my 2005 Ram 2500 for a newer model. I was the original owner and so happy with it that there was no way I would purchase It was finally time to trade my 2005 Ram 2500 for a newer model. I was the original owner and so happy with it that there was no way I would purchase anything but another Ram. Wilde gave me a great offer on trade or outright purchase. I decided to go with a low mileage late model used Ram 1500. After scouring the internet for deals and inventory I decided Wilde was my best place to start. I met with Brian O'Steen. Brian was professional, friendly and helpful. He didn't so much as sell me, but presented detailed information that mad my choice rather easy. After a test drive I settled on a 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn. It had my preferred color and options. It was certified, meaning it was inspected and warranted for a long list of criteria. It had only 26,000 miles, yet they had replaced the tires with new and serviced the brakes. They did offer a variety of additional warranties and allowed me to pick and choose from a menu of warranty categories. I've had the new truck for a week now and couldn't be happier. It was a great buying experience. More
