Worse experience ever!!! They overcharged me and kept my refund from my tag and also told me to pay a hold fee of 500 for vehichle to later tell me it was a down payment in which I didn’t need because my ba refund from my tag and also told me to pay a hold fee of 500 for vehichle to later tell me it was a down payment in which I didn’t need because my bank paid in full..They gave me run around..no one ever returns my call and this has been going on since March!!! NEVER AGAIN!! More

Ed Morse dealership made a very important purchase easy. Our Product Specialist started us out on a test drive. He made sure we knew all the important things about the vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive and his teaching methods were inspirational. We decided to purchase the vehicle. He explained the different purchasing options available without being aggressive. He had a personality that made you feel at ease. The business manager was very friendly and willing to explain all finance options in detail. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we feel good about our new vehicle purchase. Professional car sales experience. Bought a car online. Flew in from Chicago, Guy met me at the airport, PBI, picked me up, drove me back to the dealership, and in about 90 minutes I w Bought a car online. Flew in from Chicago, Guy met me at the airport, PBI, picked me up, drove me back to the dealership, and in about 90 minutes I was on my way back North. He was very nice and professional, offered me water, gave me some company swag, and even the use of a small fan as it has been cool up here and it was 80 there so I was overheating even in the AC. The car was as advertised and I LOVE IT!! Thanks Guy!! P.S. Reyna was awesome too. I did not chance to meet her, but she was my first point of contact with Ed Morse Honda. Wish I could have hung out in West Palm Beach a bit longer. More
