Bubble found in tire Clarence noticed a bubble in the right front tire, after returning from a road trip to Atlanta. This concerned us thinking about what could have happened "Blow Out" that could have cause major problems not only to us but others as well. I am very thankful to God for his traveling grace and mercy. I am also very thankful for the knowledgeable and caring employees at Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge. Clarence brought the car in to the dealership. He received by Gwendolyn Wild with concern that all was well with us showing genuine concern for our well-being. She then addressed the problem moving swiftly to a resolution and a sincere apology for the mishap. She also explained the difference hazards that could have caused this. Overall I would rate Gwendolyn a 5+++++ People Skills (Polite, Knowledgeable, Warm, a Spirit of Care; Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge a 5 +++++ Care and Concern After Purchase. More
