Appointments are irrelevant. They close earlier than business hours state. There’s no communication whatsoever. I made an appointment for this past Saturday to have the recall addressed. Upon check-in, I was told the repair would take approximately 2-3 hours. After 3.5 hours, I checked in with the desk and was told recall addressed. Upon check-in, I was told the repair would take approximately 2-3 hours. After 3.5 hours, I checked in with the desk and was told they hadn't even started with my car, and would probably be another 2-3 hours. This should have been communicated as soon as I arrived, as I would have made alternative arrangements or rescheduled the appointment. After requesting to have my car returned, I left the dealership. Strangely enough, I was then left a voicemail when the service center closed letting me know they were not going to get to my repair, and I should pick up the keys at the sales office and reschedule. So glad they knew where my car was. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with this service department, timing and honoring appointments, and a lack of transparency. More

The service was excellent. The service advisor was very professional and patient. The mechanic worked diligently and carefully in getting the car back on the road on time. Well Let me see, Dropped the car off for 2 recalls and an oil change. 1 recall for a Fule pump, another for a grease, spring, cap. The Fuel pump they never got, the spring parts never arrived. I waited for oil change. 1 recall for a Fule pump, another for a grease, spring, cap. The Fuel pump they never got, the spring parts never arrived. I waited for 1/2 hr in freezing temperature outside for them to get the car out. The next day they called to tell me that the spring parts were in stock so I asked what about the fuel pump and they said they would have to check my pump. Something I guess they DIDN'T Check in the 8 hours that they had the car. So tell me, How did it go ? More
