Well, Harold (with the help of Mike Cogliano) got me an auto loan w/ great terms - so, I have to say it, Harold was indeed a miracle worker! :) THANK YOU Harold! I thought I would browse while I waited for my vehicle; instead I found Harold to be so helpful and so knowledgeable and responsive to my needs that I bought my new GMC before the end of the business day. Harold, being aware that I am not of the technical-savvy generation, kindly explained in great detail all the bells and whistles that my new car has. I was nervous driving it for the first time home (especially during rush hour) but both the car and I managed well.
