My Experience with Reno Buick GMC Cadillac was hassle free and great. I purchased a new Acadia Denali and Love it!! Harold the sales person walked me through the entire car and all its features. Seriously didn't think I would be able to get auto financing due to my situation, but Harold Solano persuaded me to give Reno Buick GMC a try. Very reluctant to even go in, so I corresponded with Haro financing due to my situation, but Harold Solano persuaded me to give Reno Buick GMC a try. Very reluctant to even go in, so I corresponded with Harold via e-mail and text messaging before he convinced me to come in but only after I told him he'd be a miracle worker if he could get financing for me. Well, Harold (with the help of Mike Cogliano) got me an auto loan w/ great terms - so, I have to say it, Harold was indeed a miracle worker! :) THANK YOU Harold! Needless to say, I would definitely recommend Reno Buick GMC if you even think you can't get financing - to increase your chances, ask for Harold Solano and Mike Cogliano. More

I thought I would browse while I waited for my vehicle; instead I found Harold to be so helpful and so knowledgeable and responsive to my needs that I bought my new GMC before the end of the business day. Harold, being aware that I am not of the technical-savvy generation, kindly explained in great detail all the bells and whistles that my new car has. I was nervous driving it for the first time home (especially during rush hour) but both the car and I managed well. Again, let me thank the staff with whom I interacted and, particularly, Harold Solano, who gave more than 100% in his efforts to make me comfortable with my new car.
