Heather Miller is Amazing and helpful! Before I went to Ford Royal Oak, 2019 we shopped for 2019 Ford Edge, I had a escape 2017 that I want to trade in asDP to buy a new Edge 2019. I went to all Ford branc Ford Royal Oak, 2019 we shopped for 2019 Ford Edge, I had a escape 2017 that I want to trade in asDP to buy a new Edge 2019. I went to all Ford branches first in Ford Durian, I talk to the guy and discussed to him what I want and what is my plan! Instead of helping us, He is very rude and mean in our conversation! Next we went to Ford Suburban, same scenario we discussed to the sales man what we want and plan. They want to get my car and they want us to give them a $5000 to $1000 DP, theirs is no sense to give my car to them us a DP if they also want us to give them a cash $5000 to $1000. So these all sales man are not helping us! So we went to Ford Royal Oak website then we emailed them and inquire. Then Heather Miller reply us then we met her in person and discussed with her what we want and plan, I never thought that she will help us! I am very surprised! Heather was very helpful, nice and sweet! She answers all our questions politely! Most of all she is very professional! Now I am driving my Ford Edge 2019! Without Heather Miller this will not happened! Thank you Heather Miller and Ford Royal Oak Employee’s are very nice And helpful people to their customers! More
