Stolen Tires My wife's Toyota had it's 4 wheels stolen. we called Henry in the Service Dept. who made sure the tow truck went to pick up the car. They even brou My wife's Toyota had it's 4 wheels stolen. we called Henry in the Service Dept. who made sure the tow truck went to pick up the car. They even brought the 4 spare tires so they could tow it. When we arrived with the car he was very empathetic and assured they would take care of the car. More

Appointment meant nothing!!! I had an 11:30 appointment on a Saturday. Service Rep said it would be about 1.5 hours. Just before 1.5 hours I saw my car in the parking lot so I a I had an 11:30 appointment on a Saturday. Service Rep said it would be about 1.5 hours. Just before 1.5 hours I saw my car in the parking lot so I assumed it was done. I went to the Rep and he informs me that it hasn't been serviced yet. It could take another 45 minutes. I complained to a manager and he said the same thing. I took my car, unserviced and went to another dealership for service and had a good experience. I won't be returning to this dealership for a new car or service. Why does Toyota have their salesmen standing outside like vultures?!?! More

VSC was activated for a second time in approximately 1 month and a week after the same service on Nov 29, 2019. Henry, gave me a plausible reason for the reoccurrence. I had my doubts, however, Henry had month and a week after the same service on Nov 29, 2019. Henry, gave me a plausible reason for the reoccurrence. I had my doubts, however, Henry had the Service Manager to actually take me out in the vehicle and instruct me on the VSC, how to engage and disengage the VSC. I am very appreciative!!!! More
