Spent the past 4 days at the dealership because they could not fix my vehicle that was there for service with a sonar issue. It was misdiagnosed and they did not want to cover under the warranty. I had could not fix my vehicle that was there for service with a sonar issue. It was misdiagnosed and they did not want to cover under the warranty. I had to ask them to good will the part, which they did, but it did not fix the problem. Then they said I was going to be responsible for the additional labor and parts. I said forget it I will just buy a new one. Well then they screwed me on my trade in because they knew about the issue. And they continued to nickel and dime everything including the finance rate which I had approval from multiple banks for a better rate than they were offering. The dealership is not the best. And after buying 7 cars from them over the years. I will never buy another one from them. More
