My car was in for a 40000 mile checkup on July 12th which and I paid extra for something to do with induction. Five days later my battery died. I was stranded in a parking lot and luckily I had AAA and and I paid extra for something to do with induction. Five days later my battery died. I was stranded in a parking lot and luckily I had AAA and they came and replaced battery. This should not have happened and was terribly inconvenient. I would think that your service man would have checked my battery. What’s the point of me taking three hours out of my day and I end up with a dead battery! Not impressed. More

We set an appointment and after 2 hours my daughter called me asking me to pick her up that she had no status on her car which was only there for an oil change. She got so frustrated that she tried to called me asking me to pick her up that she had no status on her car which was only there for an oil change. She got so frustrated that she tried to get it back and cancel the appointment but when she did that they finally told her it was being worked on. Henry was very rude to her. What is the point of an appointment if you can't honor them. I can go to Jiffy Lube and get quicker service!! More
