I truly enjoyed my experience at Buick GMC of Brooksville. The team was professional and knowledgeable, with NO high pressure sales techniques. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle…Hands down! Denise Lacich was amazing, we drove roughly an hour and a half to Brooksville to see this vehicle, and I will now make it a pri a vehicle…Hands down! Chris Nelson our salesman was absolutely great! Bryan Ramos the Business Development Manager knew we planned to pay cash for the vehicle, but was trying to persuade us to finance to get a better d Bryan Ramos the Business Development Manager knew we planned to pay cash for the vehicle, but was trying to persuade us to finance to get a better deal…I told him cash is king and he replied back “Cash hasn’t been king for decades” He seemed to have a chip on his shoulder…Certainly not the personality to facilitate new customers / business! We were disappointed in the dealership in adding on a $3K warranty package…We were told this was part of every car purchase. I said our vehicle already had factory warranty so they reduced it to $1,500 and I said we were never told about this warranty requirement in purchasing at their dealership before we came and we would not buy if they insisted we had to have it so they finally took it off. Next, we were also charged $499 for an Ikon add on 3rd party gps tracking system that they said was installed on ALL their cars which is crazy as we did NOT want this. They said it worked with an app and it was free and would help you find your vehicle is stolen in the fine print it states it needs a subscription service and after 3 years you have to pay again to keep it…Very disappointing that this dealer pushes these UNWANTED items! I talked to Joe the sales manager to get this removed from the vehicle, but refused and he discounted me an additional $150 in the purchase, but would NOT do anymore so I am STUCK with this useless unwanted Ikon gps add on! This dealer should NOT automatically install thing that are NOT WANTED BY THE CUSTOMER! Hopefully Joe will take my concerns back to the dealer management to stop these FORCED add ons! More
