Very professional throughout the process of buying my vehicle from the Shottenkirk lot. All personnel that I came in contact with were quite cordial and professional. This is my fourth Rav-4 the fi vehicle from the Shottenkirk lot. All personnel that I came in contact with were quite cordial and professional. This is my fourth Rav-4 the first I have bought from Toyota of Ft. Worth and three from Jerry Durant/Shottenkirk. DON'T buy here! ! They have lots of add-ons and fees added to the price of the car. So, the price you see is NOT the price you will ultimately pay. I spoke wit ! I spoke with Hunter Dennis on 8/28/2024 and he is a horrible sales rep. I asked for the Dealer Sheet, which he texted, and it contained nitrogen and window tint for about $900, and other fee's added that I didn't want. Do your research, take the time to look, you will find a great deal somewhere else. I ended up purchasing at Family Toyota in Arlington, TX. I told them about my experience at Shottenkirk, and they knew... they've heard other horror stories from there. I hope this helped you and you were able to make a deal somewhere else and save a lot of money. More

My salesman was Trevor Fowler and he was fabulous! I suppose that Hunter Dennis was Trever's manager and Tyronne Wells was the finance guy. They were both very polite and professional!
