I had a thoroughly satisfying experience at Bill Jacobs. The sales person Husain was very professional and responsive to all my emails and texts regarding the car. Since I was an out of state buyer I was The sales person Husain was very professional and responsive to all my emails and texts regarding the car. Since I was an out of state buyer I was concerned that I'd go thru the trouble and expense of getting there and find the car and or pricing wasn't as I'd expected. But everything went perfectly and smoothly. They even volunteered to arrange an airport pickup for me on the morning I came in to take delivery. The finance person Mo as well as Mike the "BMW Genius" also took good care of everything and answered all of my questions and got me out the door and on the road within 2 hours of my arrival. I'd totally use them again. More

We drove from out of state to pickup a vehicle from another dealership, only to be let down and left in the greater Chicago area without the vehicle that I was expecting to take home.
