They tried to charge $350 for a part that is listed for $180 on Subarus website and an additional 2 hours of labor for a 30 minute job. I declined the service, pulled the 15 fuse, put a new one in and the remote keyless entry worked after that without even needing the new part. Previously brought in a 2005 legacy GT to this dealership for a coolant leak, told the service advisor where the leak originated from, then the mechanic told me I needed a new radiator when the radiator wasn't leaking. I had to go back to the shop with the service advisor to show them where the coolant hose was leaking from and I refused the service then. Do not take any of your vehicles to IRA out of warranty, their mechanics are garbage and you'll waste time and money going here More
