It was a decent experience, I thought the vehicles they
had available were listed at fair prices. Communication was not great. I was told I'd be able to leave with new vehicle that day, but didn't tell me

I had to make a follow up appointment a week in advance to finish with finances and take the car home. When everything had been completed with financial, I had to transfer items from my previous vehicle to the new one and during that time, the salesperson who I had been working with took off, saying he would be back in a few minutes. I found him sitting at his desk with another customer a half hour later after standing out in the rain waiting for him to come back. As mentioned before, communication has not been great. I have had some questions about the vehicle after making the purchase which I have had trouble getting responses back, showing minimal effort. It has been frustrating, but we have the vehicle now.

Regarding the delay with final delivery, in some cases where trade-ins involve existing loans, we must wait for the bank to release the title — a process that can unfortunately take time. While this is not uncommon, I understand how that timing may have come as a surprise.
As for your interaction with our sales consultant, we regret the inconvenience you experienced. Occasionally, consultants are pulled away unexpectedly by other customers, but that should never impact your experience, especially during delivery. Your feedback is appreciated and will be used to help us improve communication and service going forward. If there's anything further, we can assist with, please feel free to reach out directly.
