Customer service rocks I can’t say enough about the great people at Dick Brooks Honda. I purchased a new CR-V on Saturday. There was a problem with the vehicle. I took the vehicle back this morning and the entire sales staff as well as the service department bent over backwards to make sure that my problem was resolved and I left a happy camper. Working with Hakeem at Dick Brooks, we were able to get the great price and they quickly located the exact color for us. By the next day, they had the car we wanted - we didn’t have to settle. Worth the drive I live in NC and kept running into typical car salesmen; people who didn't care about me but just wanted to make a sale at the highest dollar. After several months of frustration, I then contacted various dealerships from Columbia, SC to the upstate when I saw a commercial from Dick Brooks Honda. Went to their site and received a call from Hakeem within an hour. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and straight forward. It felt like I was working with a friend rather than a salesman. Hakeem provided the best service and I immediately jumped in my car, drove 1 1/2 hour to buy a new CRV in January from him. Any questions I've had since have been promptly answered. AND I received a handwritten note from Hakeem thanking me for my business. The other staff, financing and service, were splendid, too. There's a Honda dealership 10 mins from my home but they couldn't do on their best day what Hakeem and his staff did for me. Certainly the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! More
