Hal Pelit, my salesperson, was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was very clear in answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. After my test drive the sales transa knowledgeable and accommodating. He was very clear in answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. After my test drive the sales transaction went very smoothly and surprisingly very quickly (less than 45 minutes). I felt I got a very fair and honest deal. The F & I office follow up with Alisha Cady also went very smoothly. She made sure that there wasn’t any hiccups to the transaction along the way. She certainly knows her stuff. It was quite satisfying working with Lexus of Warwick. I would happily do business with them again and would certainly recommend that dealership to family and friends who were seeking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. More
