They were fast and did a good job. One problem they told me there would be no charge because I had points I could use. Another great experience at Ford of Galesburg. This is the only place I get my oil changed, but I used the shuttle/pick up option for the first time! It was so convenient to have my car picked up, This is the only place I get my oil changed, but I used the shuttle/pick up option for the first time! It was so convenient to have my car picked up, serviced, and returned. I received a video overview of my multi point inspection with an itemized list of everything that passed and part that I will replace in a few months. Thank you, Ford of Galesburg! More
