The salesperson was not pushy in any way and answered my questions. They explained the differences to me about the two vechicles i was considering buying, which helped me to make an informed decision. Whe questions. When I did decide which car to purchase the car when I picked it up had a full tank of gas and was clean. When they realized the floor mats were missing they found another set and put them in. Haley called a few days later to see if I had any questions about the car or how to work any of the features. The main thing I liked about this dealership is that they were not pushy and were interested in answering my questions. To me that makes car shopping a more pleasant experience. We had never shopped at Classic Chevrolet before this experience. We were greated upon arrival by our sales person Haley Christensen. If she was unsure of something she saught out the correct responses. Haley went the exra mile for us in every aspect of the purchasing process and for that we applaud her efforts! Overall our experience was very good. Haley did a fantastic job and John was quick and efficient dealing with negotiating terms. Haley was very friendly, courteous and prompt. She was a pleasure to work with and negotiating wasn't painful as I expected. Haley took me for a test drive, explained the amenities of the vehicle and tried pleasure to work with and negotiating wasn't painful as I expected. The F&I process was painless other then the loads of paperwork but that's the nature of the beast. Was very pleased with the whole process. More
