I hate every single thing about the car buying process to the point where I simply can't deal with it. Haley is super amazing in that she takes all the weight off your shoulder and does all the work to find what you need. She doesn't just leave once she has made the sale either. She sticks around to be your personalized assistant with anything in regards to that car/lease. At any time I can give her a call or text to discuss things about the car, inquire about new leasing options, or her advice on how to approach a new lease/loan. I can confidently say that I've never worked with a more professional/customer oriented individual than Haley. She'll listen to what it is that you want/need, search to find it, and give you the options. If you decide to make a purchase then she handles pretty much all the documentation and all you gotta do is sign when the vehicle is delivered. I was amazed at how easy the process was.
