This being our first time ever learning about D&M Leasing and new to the car leasing industry. We are happy that we chose to go with leasing as opposed to buying. Both my wife and I are now leasing our vehicles with D&M. Not only was I able to get out of an upside down situation but was also able to get it turned around quickly into a car I always wanted - NICE!!! After test driving the vehicles, Haley came to our jobs to trade vehicles, handled the paperwork like the superwomen she is, washed our new cars and then brought them to where we were at the time. It didn't matter to her, she even met us at a grocery store. Talk about never skipping a beat when it comes to a family of five. Because of Haley, we decided to never buy and if we do, go through D&M Leasing. They helped salvage the faith we had in dealing with "car dealerships" by far. We won't deal with another. Thanks again Haley! You are the best when it comes to customer service.
