Granite is my go-to for my 2015 Crosstrek. The work they do is Top Notch, they have never let me down. I also love that they take photos of the things they feel might need attention, that is The work they do is Top Notch, they have never let me down. I also love that they take photos of the things they feel might need attention, that is a huge thing for me as I am an older woman who really has to you;nat pennies. Tim Previtt is a kind and understanding man and to be honest I have had superior attention from all of their service Dept. The mechanics are also fabulous! They know what they are doing and get the work done right and always clean up after themselves. Thanks Granite! More

I want to praise Granite Subaru for repairing an electrical problem a couple of weeks following the purchase of a used Outback . With help from Haley, Jaime, and Kasper ; I was able to have the pr electrical problem a couple of weeks following the purchase of a used Outback . With help from Haley, Jaime, and Kasper ; I was able to have the problem resolved without cost. Where technically Granite Subaru was not obligated to do so - they corrected my problem and were gracious and helpful during the process . Thank You . Keep up the great work... Timothy Deese.. More
