He truly fought for me on the phone after waiting for over an hour to switch my insurance policy (which paid off so much). Chris explained everything in a detailed manner and was super helpful with any other questions that I had. The environment of the dealership was very friendly. I am so glad I do not have to deal with my old, raggedy car anymore! I was not there for hours like I thought I would be either, the service was excellent! This was the perfect place to get a new car as a graduation gift to myself and I will definitely will be back!! More

As soon as i put in a request on a new lease i received a phone call from the Manager I am beyond happy with the experience i had at Pine Belt Nissan. As soon as i put in a request on a new lease i received a phone call from the Manager Halim Assal who signed me with Sale's Expert Matt Trancone. First Halim explained the entire process first to me before anything and very detailed on the numbers and financing. By the time i even made it to the dealer he arranged Matt to have the vehicle pulled up and explained to me all the features and the benefits that the Nissan Rogue has. After my test drive Matt already had a cold bottle of water at his desk (very nice touch on a hot day lol) Matt then walked me around the entire dealership from the service entrance and greeted me to every staff in his words so when i come in they all know who i am. I instantly felt not pressured and felt as if i am part of the family. when i returned to his desk Halim understood exactly where i was financially comfortable with payment and gave me a couple off options which best suited my needs. He went above and beyond and gave me such a great deal on my rogue everything went very smooth i already knew the process because halim went step by step so i know what to expect. Then when i went into finance dealt with Evan Winderbaum he explained every part of paper work so i was fully informed with it. as we were talking he gave me a great deal with the window etch so i would be protect with my vehicle! when that was all done they already had my new car and my old car parked side by side in the garage and My Prima another sales consultant helped me empty out my vehicle. I have never in my life received any type experience at a dealership then i was here. it didn't even end there. they even gave me free door edge guards as courtesy. A hour after i left i received a a phone call from Mr. Damato wanting to know if there was any thing else they can assist me on. i personally want to thank the staff at Pine Belt Nissan for making my experience worth a Million Bucks. Other dealers did not even want to work with me to get me near the price range I needed to be . Chris condello was patient and worked every option for me to get me the truck I wanted in the range I wanted to be in .. halim one of the mangers there located my vechicle from another dealership on top of getting every rebate he could possibley get to ensure I was comfortable with the payment. Everything went smooth even the last part with singing all the paperwork with the finance manager (red bearded guy) forgot his name , which explained everything I. Match Made In Heaven!! 🙏🏽 My name is Janei Gross and recently I was in a terrible car accident where my car was totaled and I did NOT have gap insurance and I was on the wrong My name is Janei Gross and recently I was in a terrible car accident where my car was totaled and I did NOT have gap insurance and I was on the wrong end of a car loan owing twice as much as the car was worth and I had no money to put down on a car no one to co sign for me I really felt like nothing was going right in my life and was beginning to lose faith on finding a car. I took a chance on going back to Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River hoping to see Flo who helped sell me my first car I bought (and totaled) upon arrival she wasn't there and I met with Kevin Ortenzio. I was skeptical and of course thinking the worst case scenario but Kevin always told me to stay positive and he will do anything in his power to help me and because of his faith I did just that. I left the first visit without a car because of no down payment or cosigner and was deeply depressed but Kevin did not give up on me I could tell he truly wanted it for me and felt as bad as I did and continued to work tirelessly to do whatever he could to help me and did just that he called me a couple days later with Great information saying that he and his General Sales Manager Halim Assal had a promotional offer where they could put me in a Brand New Nissan Altima FULLY LOADED WITH NO DOWN PAYMENT AND NO COSIGNER AND WOULD PAY OFF MY CURRENT LOAN!!! It sounded way to good to be true and I was overwhelmed with joy! You don't usually come across to many car dealers and managers who are willing to work with a situation like mines because the process can be sooo tricky dealing with a customer who has a $5,000 loan to be paid off and bad credit, usually they will just look at my situation and say "sorry" but Kevin and Halim definitely restored my faith I'm truly thankful and grateful to have met such dedicated motivated professionals who prove that they love what they do and they love helping people! I don't even think these words I'm typing can describe how happy I am! I spent so many nights worried about not having a car and paying for a car that was totaled but Kevins positivity hard work and faith kept me going and I truly truly believe it was godsent that I met with him the day I went to Pine Belt heart full of doubt..
