Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with your company. The vehicle I purchased yes it is a nice vehicle but there was also agreements to fix the mirror on my truck as it was damaged prior to your company. And as of this time a month later still have yet to receive any information as far as if or when the repair will be made to my mirror no call backs no nothing. I also had issues with the financing Department as I traded in a vehicle and they're lack of delay I received multiple phone calls late fees and damage to my credit because the payoff wasn't done in a timely manner as it took way too long. And to add to that I tried calling for weeks left my phone number multiple times did not get a call back not once. Also with the finance department there were multiple add-ons that I did not want but was forced to have them in my loan which didn't make a lot of sense to me. Also I would think buying a over a $30,000 vehicle the vehicle would actually get a real detail not just spray it off with a hose that's rather ignorant and pathetic. I've purchased vehicles in the past and got a complete detail prior to purchase. Unfortunately I will not recommend your company to anybody nor will I do business with you again More

Salesperson was pushy but overall helpful. The finance manager I would give less than 0 stars to. We could NOT understand half of his words. What he did say was very pushy to try and get us to buy the extended warranty and even rude suggesting there was no other place we could possibly get a good oil change at for the matenance. Then told us our payment and it was over $30 more than we agreed to and he said it’s “taxes”. He has us sign everything and then says oh today is your lucky day, I can’t get the paperwork to go through so I’ll give you the maintenance plan for free! And then makes us resign everything, but all he did was trick us into the maintenance plan by first saying the price increase was taxes and then trying to get us to believe he was giving the maintenance for free. Very scummy. He didn’t give us time to read anything we were signing and didn’t explain almost anything and what he did we again could not understand. He also said that on the lease if we go over miles it would be .15c a mile but then the contract says .20c a mile. When it got to the paperwork about our trade in, the amount we agreed to was different than the amount on the paperwork officially and he tried to get us to just sign!sign!sign! Right past those numbers. It took forever and Overall was a really bad experience. More
