I am only giving the dealership a 2 rating because of the deal outside of that it's been an absolute nightmare and would never recommend to anyone. I drove 3 hours to get this car because they beat the deale deal outside of that it's been an absolute nightmare and would never recommend to anyone. I drove 3 hours to get this car because they beat the dealership in Jacksonville. I get there and asked that they be ready to do paperwork since I had a check from the bank and a trade in and ready to sign. I get there and once getting back to finance they wrote on the check and didn't even ask me if there was any money down on top of my trade in. So they ruined the check because it wasn't the right amount so after driving 3 hours I had to drive to navy federal 30 minutes away and wait in line for an hour and 15. I tell the finance manager he has now wasted my xxxx time and am pissed off and told him he's lucky there is a navy federal in town because he would have just lost the sale. The finance manager Hamza Ammor then proceeded to tell me that's not his problem since he doesn't sell the cars he only does paperwork. Which writing on a buyers check without the buyer in the room sounds like he doesn't care about the sale or paperwork. I then got back to the dealership and he made the sales rep do all my paperwork with me because he wouldn't even give me the time to do paperwork with him when he had no other person in his office. Now fast forward 2 weeks and I can't even register my vehicle because they didn't submit the title work correctly I have called every day this week so far 4 days and haven't gotten anywhere. Long story short if you want a good deal go there but if you want an absolute nightmare outside of the deal then that's what you will get. More

So many hidden junk fees that added nearly $6000 to the advertised price. These are dealer specific fees on top of the expected tax, tag, and title. That was close to 20%. Talk about a stealership rather than dealer. Finance manager never contacted me after I submitted an inquiry. Basically had my down payment and on the hook for a car they couldn't even legally s Finance manager never contacted me after I submitted an inquiry. Basically had my down payment and on the hook for a car they couldn't even legally sell as it was another person's lease and they never had the title to it. Was told the original.peraon couldn't get a deal because they wouldn't bargain with them over $12 a payment, meanwhile they did the same for me over $16. I was willing to settle and they had me waiting 10 days before telling me it was the other persona's fault, not theirs, that they should not have started to process my down payment and run my credit when they didn't even have the car title itself. To top it off, KIA stealerships tack on a "loyalty fee" for never shopping with them hut you get it back if you come back for your second car. So I'm giving you extra money now to get money back later , IF I come back and buy in the first place? That's a bunch of bull for penalizing someone who never bought previously from shady places like this. They also have an extra reconditioning fee for any used car that's $2450. Don't worry, if the car doesn't need it, you're still charged the full price as I apparently need to pay to fix up the car I'm buying. Stay away from this place. It's a bunch of crap fulled with likewise people. I found the exact same make and model with 7,000 less miles for $1,000 more and ended up with less payments as they gave me.more for my trade and dealer incentives. I ended up paying less overall compared to Kia Greenway North. More
