Great customer service and product I had my new Civic SI windows tinted and the quality was just out of this world - they even put cool little tape strips to remind me not to open I had my new Civic SI windows tinted and the quality was just out of this world - they even put cool little tape strips to remind me not to open the windows for a few days. Excellent customer service! I was at the point of my car ownership where I had to weigh repairing an old car with over 200,000 miles on it vs. buying or leasing a new car. Decid I was at the point of my car ownership where I had to weigh repairing an old car with over 200,000 miles on it vs. buying or leasing a new car. Decided to just stop by after a long 10hr day at work to do some research. After 30 minutes I had mentioned that I was "starving" coming right from work and Stanley offered a complimentary meal from their cafe. That totally made my day! I was also offered freshly baked cookies after my old car was serviced. Hassan also explained the benefits of leasing to me which made my decision easy to make. Overall Brandon Honda is first class! More

Hanani has always went above and beyond with the quality of service I've received in the past and I wont schedule service with anyone else. He always makes me feel very welcomed and genuinely cares about the service I receive. I spoke with him about exploring trading in my car and checking out others. When he referred me to Mark, I was a little concerned I've never had good experience with Salesmen. Keep in mind I went in for service and decided to "explore a sale" but not to make one. They've always rushed me to a decision in the past and in the end you really don't get what you want but instead just what they had. Mark was very patient and personable. He asked about what I was looking for and showed me a few used cars on the lot to give me some ideas about the purchase. I went on a few test drives and still could not make up my mind. Then on the way back he showed me the new cars explained to me which ones had what and finally i found the model i was looking for. Although the interior wasn't what i needed i told him what i would like he checked to make sure it was possible then checked the lot to find that there was a car fitting all of my needs and brought it down. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE! We discussed the price and options as far as leasing the car. He called in Ferris to help explain and work what i could afford and other options. Ferris was very detailed and to the point. I don't believe i was confused one time. He explained options he could give and what i would like after a discussion we came to a deal and he made it happen. I couldn't be happier with the purchase of my 2014 accord and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my service or future purchases. I will send all my family and friends that way knowing they'll be treated amazing and they'll receive absolutely excellent service the moment they pull up. More

I am in sales and drive a lot of miles every year. I have owned a variety of cars over the years and try to use the dealerships for service to keep my car running as close to new as possible. I have owned Ch owned a variety of cars over the years and try to use the dealerships for service to keep my car running as close to new as possible. I have owned Chevys, Fords, Chryslers, Mitsubishis, Nissans, etc. and now a Honda. From my first phone call till I picked my car up after being serviced, this was the best service performance I have ever experienced at any dealership. I had been using another Honda dealership the last few months and the relationship was leaving me with doubts and questions. I called Brandon Honda and spoke with Hanani and from that point on my questions were answered thoroughly, follow up was punctual and detail was taken on making sure that my car was repaired and that I understood all of the repairs as well as what I need to have done in the future. This is my first time to ever respond to a dealer performance evaluation, but it is justified. You have a new customer and I will recommend this dealership for sales and service. I would just like to give an honorable mention to Mr. Kekuewa whose extreme kindness and knowledge has always been so very helpful to me. I happen to be lucky enough to have him as my service advisor on Kekuewa whose extreme kindness and knowledge has always been so very helpful to me. I happen to be lucky enough to have him as my service advisor on my last fiew visits. He's very kind and such a pleasure to work with. He explains any additional needed services in a very understanding and non-pressuring manner. He prioritizes the services so you know what needs to be addressed when, which is very important to a single femaile on a budget. He is a wonderful asset to Brandon Honda and as long as he's there, I will continue to visit Brandon Honda. Thank you Mr. Kekuewa!!! More

Something's changed in this dealership's service - and it is wonderful. First the bad experience (from a few years ago) to set the stage: Like many people, I'd experienced issues with the paint - and it is wonderful. First the bad experience (from a few years ago) to set the stage: Like many people, I'd experienced issues with the paint coming off of my '08 Civic Ex (black) on the roof - even before the original warranty had ended. I brought it in, and they took photos to send off for approval. It took multiple calls and 8 months to hear back that they would fix the issue (by that time the warranty was about to expire). So I finally took it in and got picked up by Enterprise car rental. I won't even go into the experience of using Enterprise rental...except that Enterprise set me up with a large, white moving van that only a pedophile would drive; having my credit card maxed out (of which there was over $800 left) within 2 days and being called to return the vehicle under threat of police action of a "stolen vehicle"! To top it off, Honda had gotten my car mixed up with another car they had sent to Toyota (yeah - figure THAT one out) and mine was sitting on Honda's lot the whole time - so I had to drive the pedo-van an extra week worrying about my credit card! The time span for this whole ordeal lasted over a year and a half before everything was cleared up and my card to be credited (for most of the amount anyway) just to paint 2 little spots on the front of the roof. By the time everything was squared away? The paint started to fade and oxidize on the hood, the trunk, the doors, the side paneling - basically everywhere except the bumpers. I guess I drove too fast for the paint to hang on? I swore to myself never again. I am not going to worry about the paint because there is no paint to worry about, I'm not ever buying a Honda. Never! After a couple of years of driving around with a faded, black paint-job (like an four-wheeled art motif of stucco and cancer), I get a letter from Honda of America notifying me of a warranty extension on the paint for the roof, hood, and trunk - and all I would have to do would be to bring my car in. After the experience above it took a good 2 weeks to think it over, I mean how free is this "free" we're talking about? So now the good...nay fantastic experience: I pulled up in my "hooptie" and was greeted by Mr. Hanani Kekuewa. I then proceeded to give him the full version of the story (mentioned above) as well as other bad experiences just to illustrate to him the razor thin edge of me even being on the property. I'd let him know that I didn't mean to sound rude or irate, but if I'd smelled so much as a potential of an issue I was going to drive away and never look back. It was a make-or-PERMANTLY break situation...BRAND-WIDE. I don't have the time or patience to separate good-Honda / bad-Honda. Mr. Kekuewa stated he totally understood and walked with me around the car to view what was left of the paint. He noticed the paint was fading from the doors and side panelling (along with all the other areas of course) and mentioned that although the extended warranty from Honda of America only covered certain parts he'd asked in the same breath if I would give him just a moment to go ask the manager if they couldn't just pick up the rest of the faulty paint. It took him less than 5 minutes (and yes I was timing him) to come back out. I didn't see the manager, but I was told that he said to just do the whole thing. Wherever there's fading, just do it. He let me know that they would not be able to cover the rental, but that I would be using their dealer rate for the rental and that it was NOT Enterprise as they no longer do business with them. Instead it would be Hertz. After a hand-shake I left with his business card letting him know I would be back after a few days of thinking it over. After a few days I returned to Brandon Honda and met with Mr. Kekuewa to drop off my car. I asked to see the manager and confirmed: This is not the same head manager that was here years ago. They called Hertz and I was picked up within minutes. The first thing I asked the Hertz driver as I got into the car was if she had anything other than a large, white utility van. She looked at me with a smile that seemed to ask "Could you repeat that?" and I then proceeded to tell her the Enterprise ordeal as well as all the ridicule I'd received from co-workers (comments like: "You know if you can't find any space to park that thing, you can always parallel park it next to a playground") - she was in tears all through the ride back, continued laughter through inspecting the rental (a Nissan Altima - nice), and continued through the rest of the transaction. The poor girl had an impossible time having to run through the motions of trying to up-sell me on the insurance package while clenching her sore stomach and cheeks with tears running down. That was Thursday of a week ago. Since then, NOTHING - no drama, no errors, no threats of police brutality from Enterprise, nada. Today (Friday - the exact estimated day), Mr. Kekuewa left me a message during lunch to let me know my car had arrived and was ready for pick-up. Excitedly, I called him back to let him know I would be in right after work. From that time until 5:30 PM I kept reminding myself to fill the tank in the rental car. At 5:30 I stopped reminding myself and drove straight from the office to Hertz to drop off the car. After the gentleman at Hertz gave a quick inspection we were on our way back to Honda when I suddenly remembered "Crap! I forgot to fill up the tank!" He grinned "Yes you did, but don't worry about it." When asked how much that added to the bill, shrugging he replied "It didn't." Upon arriving back at Brandon Honda, Mr. Kekuewa had someone pull my car up. I shook my head saying "This isn't my car." I recognized the fogging headlights, the license plate, the slight wear in the driver's seat and steering wheel; everything else was very well cleaned and painted new. Everything was executed flawlessly with a little bit extra thrown in. Mr. Hanani Kekuewa and the new manager at Brandon Honda regained an old customer. I told him I would be back the next time I needed service and drove home tonight in my brand newish 2008 Civic. More

I came in to have my vehicle serviced and while I wish I could speak highly of all of the staff I had an experience with, the two staff members I was very impressed with were Corey Cooper and Hanani Kekuewa could speak highly of all of the staff I had an experience with, the two staff members I was very impressed with were Corey Cooper and Hanani Kekuewa. Corey was more than extremely professional, he was also very knowledgeable and courteous. What I appreciate the most about Corey was not only his patience with me when asking him numerous questions about leasing, financing, etc., but also him being honest and trustworthy by recommending which option was financially best for me. Hanani was friendly, helpful, and easily explained everything that my Pilot would need to have serviced in the near future. He also made sure that I received a car wash that I did not get on a previous visit. Thank you both for an overall pleasant experience. More
