He took my calls no matter what time it was and made me feel extremely comfortabl. For those of you that have purchased a Ferrari before - you know the feeling. I was dismayed to learn that Hank Carpenter had left Foreign Cars in Greensboro as I have known him, and dealt with him for years. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Hank is now working for "The Experience Auto Group" at Ft. Lauderdale Ferrari/Maserati. I was able to visit Hank at the dealership this weekend and found his usual kind and professional mannerisms to be as evident as ever. While my purchase my be a few years away, the decision will be easy where to make it happen.... with Hank in Ft. Lauderdale. Kudos to the management at Experience Group for allowing our visit and for recongnizing the quality when they hired Hank, job well done!! More
