Brent is unresponsive to emails very frustrating. Total ghosted by him. Dealership is not transparent and withhold information from you to appear like they are giving you an all in cost when they are Total ghosted by him. Recently my husband and I were looking for a new or used truck with an 8 foot box. Our initial contact with Hannah was to inquire about a truck at Sherwood Buick GMC, however the truck was already sold. Han truck with an 8 foot box. Our initial contact with Hannah was to inquire about a truck at Sherwood Buick GMC, however the truck was already sold. Hannah asked about our needs and wants in a truck. We did not realize at the onset how difficult it would be to find a truck with an 8 foot box. All together 4 dealerships were helping in our search. Hannah kept in contact with us and in our opinion went above and beyond the other dealerships to find us the perfect truck. We had a great experience before, during and after the purchase.
