WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ravel wow I wonder if you were making this video instead of giving your customers proper customer service. I emailed you and thought it would only be fair to give you 48 hours to respond, that was Thursday. I purchased a used car from you which was $19,000. Perhaps not your biggest sale, but our life savings. We were treated so poorly and it took over 7 hours for us to complete the purchase. We drove over 3 hours to get to you from N.J. . My husband walked out in the first 15 minutes and never came back in because of your RUDE unprofessional staff. When we had no received our plates after our temporary expired your staff did nothing. I called over 20 times, I was hung up on, put through to voicemails of people who never returned my call. I finally reached out to YOU, I can see where your staff learned their customer service. More

Worthy Service As my wife and I step upon the curbside and before we reached the door, it was opened by a smiling young man who said" Welcome to Millennium Honda, ho As my wife and I step upon the curbside and before we reached the door, it was opened by a smiling young man who said" Welcome to Millennium Honda, how can I help you? ". Mr. Markinson Fouchard ascertained our needs..a 2015 CRV. He said he could help us and immediately escorted us into the dealership and a cubical area, offering hot beverage on the very rainy day. Mr. Markinson Fouchard, was instrumental in our ultimate purchase; a beautiful 2016. He was attentive, professional and curtious. Praises to Mr Haresh Nainani, Finance Manager, who made the tedious paperwork process painless,efficient and pleasant! Disappointed. Aggravated. Annoyed. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! I strongly believe that a dealership's service department is a strong reflection of their sales department. We purchased a 2018 Honda Accord Sport fr I strongly believe that a dealership's service department is a strong reflection of their sales department. We purchased a 2018 Honda Accord Sport from here in March of 2018. Our finance manager, Haresh, sold us a tire warranty on the vehicle with the promise that ANYTHING goes wrong, we are covered. So here I am, in January 2019, my wheels had scratches and needed to be taken care of under my so called warranty. I took it in yesterday and was told the car would be taken care of by next business day - GREAT, right? No. We made arrangements to come get the car before my work shift, called ahead to have the car brought up since I was in a rush. Get there to get my car, only to be told that I don't have tire coverage! I asked them to review everything because I had warranty. The cashier went and came back with a guy who told me it's not a covered item. So now, I have a bill that shouldn't have been there, no wallet since I have a warranty and there should be no charge, and I'm late for work. I had to pay to find a way home, leave the car at the dealer, and call in to work because at this point, I'm too late. So I'm on my way home and the advisor, Nick, calls me and tells me he forgot to put my warranty on the paperwork and that no one else knew to double check. Can you imagine my frustration??! He tells me I can come back and pick up the car. So now I pay my way BACK to the service department and I'm now waiting 30 minutes for them to bring my car. Never buy a car here or service it here. They don't care about you! More
