Conveniently right after I posted this second complaint they called me. Ritik Khanna acted like he had no idea that I was even trying to contact the dealer. I'm sorry I gave him 2 stars, I should have stuck with the one. They will not accept responsibility for any of the issues that I dealt with. Ritik says he is sorry, wow that means so much. He doesn't even know what he is sorry for. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, I can't believe that HONDA lets them represent the HONDA name.

I have attempted twice to contact the customer care email since 1/24/2019 and still haven't had a response from it. It's now 2/8/2019, 2 weeks later, with no response. You don't want any customer to feel frustrated but you can't even respond to a simple email? How does that work exactly? Disappointed is not even the proper adjective to describe how that makes me feel as a customer who purchased and serviced the car with your group.
