Perhaps not your biggest sale, but our life savings. We were treated so poorly and it took over 7 hours for us to complete the purchase. We drove over 3 hours to get to you from N.J. . My husband walked out in the first 15 minutes and never came back in because of your RUDE unprofessional staff. When we had no received our plates after our temporary expired your staff did nothing. I called over 20 times, I was hung up on, put through to voicemails of people who never returned my call. I finally reached out to YOU, I can see where your staff learned their customer service.
