In all my visits, this was the first that a Service Attendant lef I was extremely grateful for Lillian's help during my service appointment yesterday. In all my visits, this was the first that a Service Attendant left his/her desk and came out to my car to clarify an issue. She was courteous and attentive to my concerns, and coordinated with the Sales Department where I attending to other business. Today, she followed up with me and I was happy to report that the problem has not recurred in the past 24 hours. I appreciated her effort on my behalf, and I recommend her highly. I was also impressed with the assistance rendered me by Haresh, Kerrick, and Adeleke in Sales. I will certainly return to upgrade my car in the next 10 months as promised, God's willing.
