They consistently provide excellent service and go the extra mile to be sure all concerns are taken care of immediately. I always stay and wait for my vehicle. The waiting area is huge with extensive selection of refreshments and many options of where to wait; many tv areas, tables with chairs, private single cube spaces with writing desks. The place is amazing! More

Service beyond and above expectations After deciding it was time to replace a 2005Lexus, I immediately contacted Jim Cooper to see what he and .mark Burdeen could suggest. We had a set of After deciding it was time to replace a 2005Lexus, I immediately contacted Jim Cooper to see what he and .mark Burdeen could suggest. We had a set of wants. Had to be 2017-2019 with low mileage and in excellent condition. Within 24 hours I got a call back with two options. They had given us a choice of which to drive and it was a no-brainer. It had been returned on lease and was in perfect condition. A excellent choice. Within 48 hours we had purchased and driven home in our new 2017 ES350. We always come to Arlington Lexus because of the quality of service. By the way, there is a dealer 5 minutes from home but we have chosen to purchase and service our cars at Arlington Lexus. More

Jose was Amazing!!! Great customer service! I came in because my air was not working. Jose also informed me that they could fix the recall on my car which I appreciated so I didn't have to come I came in because my air was not working.
