When I went to buy a car, they connected my wife and I with Mathias Suarez. Mathias was excellent listening to all our wants and needs as new parents, since we were not sure which type of car we wanted and what would accommodate our new son. Four hours, three test drives, and two toddler meltdowns later, Mathias set up up with a new 2020 Corolla. One of the toddler meltdowns happened before one of the test drives. Without missing a step, Mathias jumped in the back seat and started playing with our son as my wife and I drove the car. More

I had a lot of questions for Joe abount the pros and cons of Lease/purchase and Joe was very helpful in providing the info I needed to decide.He didn't try tp sway my choice just gave me the facts I have reccomended Toyota of Braintree to friends and family which resulted in the sales of 3 vehicles. Now I will reccomend Joe Lawler specifically. More

Great experience! I have bought vehicles at 3 other Toyota dealerships within 20 miles of here over the years, I've found other dealers to be misleading and more ofte I have bought vehicles at 3 other Toyota dealerships within 20 miles of here over the years, I've found other dealers to be misleading and more often than not I received "pushy" sales tactics. I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. Jimmy didn't try to push any vehicles that I wasn't interested in and or couldn't afford and was really knowledgeable about the vehicles that I did want to look at. The service team there is unbeatable as well ( I have much experience at other dealerships) Paula in service has always been very helpful with the several vehicles that I bring there for service the last couple years, and honestly I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else because I trust her. My salesman really listened to my needs and my budget and helped me get into the truck that fit me the best, I never take the time to fill these out but after having a truly great experience purchasing my vehicle I felt people should know, this dealership is definitely above the rest. Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree has a new customer from now on. I want to thank Kenny Tempro (sales), Bill (parts manager, I think), Sonny (finance?) and the girl at the front showroom desk, the guy that installed my tonneau cover and everyone else. These people made me feel appreciated and valued and I am totally happy with my new (to me) truck and the deal I got. Even after the sale they (especially Kenny) treated me like a new customer.
