We arrived and were given the chance to look around without several associates approaching us the second we got out of our car. When we were ready to talk specifics the front desk connected us with Gerry who was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the features of the cars we tested. One convenient feature of this dealership is they have a massive 2 story parking garage where you can look at cars and stay out of the elements. When we were willing to talk numbers Gerry was there to hear what our budget was and explain our options. Of course when It comes to the numbers part it can get uncomfortable, but we knew what number was reasonable and Toyota of Braintree was willing to work with us to come to an agreement. Oh and we went through the whole process with a 1 yr old in tow; the entire team made us feel at ease. I highly recommend Toyota of Braintree and certainly look forward to doing business again. More
