Quick and Painless I have been in the same car for the last nine years, it was time for something safer for the kids. I walked in to Toyota of Braintree and it was bright and inviting. We were greeted immediately by the woman at the desk and within five minutes were introduced to Tom the GM. He quickly got us hooked up with Tony Depina the salesman. He was bright and friendly. He was confident in his job and his ability to help us get what we loved. He answered all the questions and offered as much information as he had. He gave ample time to test drive, encouraging me to try everything out to know what I was getting. He knew how important the safety was to me and took the time to teach me all of the safety features about the 2018 highlander. We decided to go with a lease of this new vehicle. I had been to some other dealerships and had narrowed my vehicle search but decided on a whim I had a great buying experience at Toyota of Braintree. I was showed some different options that were there for me in a low pressure environment. If the dealership i had gone into the day before had been as forthcoming they probably would have had my business. Fortunately for me I got a better deal at Toyota of Braintree and appreciated the fact that both Ruben in sales and Sunny Ahuja going over the final paperwork were doing their best to get me a very good deal. At no point did i feel I was getting worked. We left the same day with a new vehicle after a decent amount of time searching.
