Stress-free car buying experience After two good experiences buying cars at Toyota of Braintree, I didn't consider going to anyone else when I decided it was time to replace my 2003 Ca After two good experiences buying cars at Toyota of Braintree, I didn't consider going to anyone else when I decided it was time to replace my 2003 Camry. I was not disappointed; Fausto DeRocha, the salesman, took the time to find out my priorities, show me several cars, point out the various features of each, and help me compare them. He was calm and reassuring during the test drive and pleasant to talk to throughout the process. I especially appreciated the fact that he didn't pressure me into buying a more expensive model and I was grateful to his manager, Kenny Tempro, for making it possible to add the one feature that was missing from the model I eventually chose. Fausto also took the time to make sure I understood the controls, including setting up my phone and helping me find my favorite radio station, and took me for another test drive to allow me, among other things, to try parking using the back-up camera features. The other two agents I dealt with--Sunny with paperwork and a service department representative who set up my first service appointment were kind and helpful without being pushy. I trust the advice they gave me and am extremely pleased with my purchase. More

We got there and they were ready to be test driven. We absolutely loved the second one we test drove but we needed a car payment that we could afford. Jose who was very professional walked us through the entire process and made it happen. During the entire process he was very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive.
