My RAV4 Experience I purchased a RAV4 SE three weeks ago. I love the car and I am very happy I purchased it. There were a few issues with my purchase and that is why I g I purchased a RAV4 SE three weeks ago. I love the car and I am very happy I purchased it. There were a few issues with my purchase and that is why I gave an average rating. The first issue was that I was told there was a starter in the car and when I went to pick it up, was told the starter was removed so they could "certify" the vehicle. I was then told the starter was not factory installed so it would not pass certification with the starter in it. I asked for a starter to be put in it as I purchased the car with the thought that it had a starter (this would not have changed my purchase choice) but was informed I would need to pay for it! The second issue was the driver's side floor mat was missing; first I was told that the car was certified as is and if the mat is missing then that is how it comes. I argued this point more and was told they will get me one, three weeks later and many phone calls to check the status and I still do not have a mat! I was told they are working on getting me one. I sure hope it comes soon!!!!! More

He showed me a few cars that were in my price range and did not try to force me into something I couldn't afford. He was honest through the entire process, and when the deal for the car almost fell through because I needed a down payment that I could not afford, he was able to come up with a back up plan to make sure I could still get a car for the same price. Overall it was extremely easy to buy from this dealer, and I will be recommending everyone I know who is in the market for a car to Jose. More

"Best Car Buying Experience" This was our first time at this dealership and our first time buying a Toyota. We were looking for a certified pre-owned Camary. Our sales person, Scott Valatini helped us find the perfect one for us. He explained all of the features and options and was never pushy. His knowledge of the car all of it's options was beyond helpful. Scott made us feel so comfortable. We never felt like he was just trying to make the sale. We really felt like he cared that we got the car that was right for us! He connected us with Bill Detellis who will be putting in the new alarm system and remote starter. Again such a pleasant experience. He talked to us about the town we live in and made us feel like friends. We finished our experience with Sunny. He processed all of our paperwork in a timely manner. Sunny was also extremely friendly and never pushy. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and would not hesitate to go back or recommend this dealership to others. The car I was meant to be in...... My experience will definitely be a memorable one. I went to Toyota Braintree looking for a specific vehicle and I found. It was used, but only 8 mon My experience will definitely be a memorable one. I went to Toyota Braintree looking for a specific vehicle and I found. It was used, but only 8 months old. I bought it on Wednesday but unfortunately was was back there on Thursday, in the service dept. because of an issue the car was having and was back there again on the following Monday. So needless to say I was not a happy camper. Steve and Sunny where amazing to work with during this whole process, Steve gave me his cell phone and answered every call and every text I sent him during this time. On Monday when I dropped the car off at the service department, I went around front to talk to someone from the Mgmt. Team and that's when I met Carlos. Carlos was amazing, I honestly just wanted to sit and cry, after all this was a new car (at least to me) and I was back for a 2nd time in 5 days. Carlos listened to me complain and researched the whole situation and helped make it right. He worked with me until we came up with a solution, which ultimately put me in a new car, even though he didn't have to. His ultimate goal was to see me happy with both my decision in vehicle and Toyota of Braintree. Carlos put me with Wallace who walked me through everything that we needed to do to get me in the new car. He put me at ease and promised it would be an easy process, which it was. He called me a couple of times during that day to make sure I knew each step he was taking and to reassure me that everything was going to be ok and the whole time I was with him he did nothing but smile and make me feel better about the whole situation. To make a long story short, I drove off the lot today with my 2017 RAV4 SE - the perfect color - the perfect car. I could not have asked for a better team to work with or a better outcome.
