But most importantly, on the Saturday morning we arrived to pick up the Rav 4 we were in a hurry to get to our daughter's state track championship and Sunny worked extra fast to complete everything. You could tell it was a struggle for him but he managed it with a smile to please us. He also offered for us to come back to re-do the training on the technology to ensure we understood everything. From the moment I arrived on the lot at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree until the moment I drove off the lot in my new car, the service was outstanding From the moment I arrived on the lot at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree until the moment I drove off the lot in my new car, the service was outstanding! The salesman, Sunny Harish, greeted me with a smile and had the car ready to go for a test drive. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning and did not pressure me in any way. While my friend (car expert) and I took the car for a test drive, Sunny stayed back at the dealership to take car of the trade-in details and get other details in order. Upon our return about 30 minutes later, Sunny told us the details of the trade-in, fees, and was very up front and clear with us. Sunny then introduced us to Wallace Langame, the financing expert, to let us know what our next step would be in the process. Wallace was also very friendly and while he did have to try and sell us a few items such as tire service and insurance, he was completely straightforward with me at all times. I found my time with Wallace to be as easy going as my time with Sunny, and he also set me up with new plates and a state inspection sticker that both were completed before leaving. Sunny then introduced me to Greg Tufankjjian, who sat and talked with us for awhile to make sure we were completely satisfied. When I told Greg that my credit union had offered me a loan to buy the car at 2%, he took the time to see if the banks that work for the dealership could match that rate, He came back within five minutes and told us they could not, and that the rate we had been offered by the credit union was very good. I found Greg to be authentic and fair in every way. My overall experience buying a car at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree was remarkable in every way! I would highly recommend them to friends and family looking for a stress-free time buying a new or used car. Well done! More
