As someone who had to deal with a few different dealerships and multiple sales people, I can wholeheartedly say, that if Tufankjian in Braintree is not your first stop, it should without a doubt be your last. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly helpful. Bob Wilfand, in particular, made the entire process easy and even fun. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford. He gave me options and found me the perfect car! It had everything I wanted, and a few bonus features. He gave me a price that I couldn't pass up. He treated me like family and even sat with me for about 6 hours while I finalized a few last minute touches. The best part of the entire experience is that it is not a gimmick. Once you step foot in the building you become family for life. They are happy to see you and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your experience.
