When I went to the dealership, Sunny was the same way. Jason gave me a great price over the phone, so there was no haggling when I got to the dealership. They were very fair with my trade. Here's the best part.... the vehicle I wanted was being shipped. It arrived 2 days later than expected because of snow.... I had to go out of town, so long story, short, I didn't pick up the car for almost 3 weeks... There was nothing in writing between me and the dealership on cost of vehicle, and value of trade. I was wondering if the numbers were going to match our verbal deal (I've had some experiences with shoddy dealerships in the past), but I needn't have worried. From the minute I was introduced to Sunny, he immediately put me at ease and I was treated fairly and with the utmost of respect. He listened with his ears and not his mouth while educating me as to the varied and comprehensive details of my purchase with clarity and honesty. He knows Toyotas very well and his confidence in the operations and details of purchasing a new car is comendable. From quickly arriving at a fair sales price, inroduction to financing, dealing with the insurance company, service preparation and ensuring the car was in top shape for delivery, Sunny was highly responsive and attentive to my requests.
