I am from Florida and called first time not expecting to get an appointment for several days, however was told to come in and they would check my truck that day. They were able to find problems and repair i get an appointment for several days, however was told to come in and they would check my truck that day. They were able to find problems and repair it while I edited. Harl was very helpful and kept me informed as the repairs were completed. Since the first time I have been back twice more for similar problems. The service tech contacted an engineer was Ford and worked on the problem. I have a 2027. F250 with a 6.2 engine and it keeps blowing the plug coils.Mike Burch Ford went above and beyond to work on the problem. Along with Harl, there was a young lady that was also very pleasant and hopeful.y thanks for all the je works they did. If I ha to e problems when I am in this area with my truck I will definitely call the service rep at Mike Burch Ford. More
