Mr. Howald, the best way to resolve any issue is to go to the source. Upon receipt of your feedback, we took steps to audit the information from this transaction and have pulled all of the original sale and title paperwork for review. The vehicle you purchased from us does NOT have a branded title. If it had when you purchased it in 2020, you would not even have been able to get it financed. However, in our research, we have discovered there is an erroneous report on CARFAX. We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by CARFAX's error and are working to resolve this with them on your behalf. We pride ourselves in operating above-board in all we do.
