I bought 4 brand new tires and had them installed. When they were installed Mike Burch Ford did not install new valve stems. I had one that would leak down over a period of 2 weeks. I went back and Mi When they were installed Mike Burch Ford did not install new valve stems. I had one that would leak down over a period of 2 weeks. I went back and Mike Burch replaced that valve stem but did not replace the other three. On Christmas morning I had a flat tire that would not hold air due to the valve stem leaking. I had to put the spare on and take me truck back to Mike Burch Ford and had to specifically ask for all old valve stems to be replaced, which should have been done when I spent over $1,000 to have new tires installed.
